I am out of the area and was looking for a florist in Auburn to send flowers congratulating a friend who was opening a new business there. O’Shay’s website was so user friendly. it really helped having pictures of certain arrangements you could order and options to upgrade the same arrangement with more flowers if you wanted. Their filters were very helpful to determine ready made arrangements in the cost range I was looking for. Customer reviews were helpful as well. I really appreciated the follow up emails including one letting me know when it had been delivered. I don’t buy flowers often and when I have some delivered, I typically go to 1-800-FLOWERS. For yesterday’s order, I remembered a local florist I visited last Thanksgiving for a last-minute centerpiece that turned out absolutely beautiful. Again, a flawless experience with my recent order. I ordered two bouquets in the morning through O’Shays website and they were delivered by noon. Happy customer again!
